Beautiful gold sequin and lace dress

Was purchased in Napa , CA at a cute boutique. Handmade by a local designer. gold sequin and lace overlay. The bow detail is a dark navy color. Worn only once. I can see 2 slight faint stains( please pics) I can see someone where this for their dinner rehearsal or wedding. It’s a very special dress and is looking to go to one lucky gal. Dress says 0 but it can fit someone who is 0-2 from a smoke free home
