Such a fun dress for special occasions & holidays! My daughter felt like a princess in this dress! Gymboree, size 7. Fully lined, button back, pop of tulle at bottom of liner to make the skirt fun & full. Small area under right armhole with pulled seam (see pic) , but liner is not pulled and it’s totally sound - wondering if there was a sales tag popped through there, can’t remember?
