So versatile, this can be dressed up or down. Elastic waist, full length skirt, fully lined. Length is 37.5 inches. Excellent condition with exception of some fraying at the seam of the waist. I wouldn’t repair this as the elastic is intact and it’s not falling apart but it could be easily fixed if it bothers you. Picture included.
