Beautiful floral high/low ruffle wrap skirt.

This is a simply stunning long high/low wrap skirt with an inside button and then a tie to the side. Teal/ aqua/brown/rust red. Looks amazing with boots as the skirt falls open for a peep of leg. It’s is true to size at xs and in the back comes to the top of the ankle.
