Beautiful floral halter dress

I had this dress made for my cousins wedding. Hasn't been worn since then and that was almost 4 years ago. For size Im a 32B and my waist is 23. This fit me a little big in the bust area but not too much. And questions please ask! Absolutely NO TRADES.
