Beautiful floral dress purchased from Avara

Flattering neck with 3 buttons down chest. Ruffled cap sleeves. Elastic waist. Ruffle accent mid skirt. Never worn, just missed return window and too short for my preference. 20” from top of elastic waist to bottom of dress. Approximately 19” pit to pit.
