Beautiful floral dress

Beautiful dress, got tons of compliments, just doesn’t fit anymore. I did take the pads out of the front/bra area but it’s not seen/noticeable from the outside. I did include a picture where I stitched it closed and it is definitely not a professional job but again can’t be seen. Bust - 21 1/2 inches
