Beautiful floral dress

Floor length (I’m 5’3” and wore with 2” heel). Flutter sleeves that fall a bit above elbows. V neck. Skirt is constructed like a wrap style, but looks like a slit rather than a wrap dress. Worn once. Very comfortable and lightweight.
