Beautiful fitted cotton Chelsea & Violet dress with floral and plaid detailing

This dress is a strappy back dress that ties on top back and features a liner. It has beautiful detailing throughout with gold stitching and a raw hemline with no known flaws. It is possible that some threads may be loose due to the delicate design. The size tag is missing but it is either an XS or S. Approximate measurements are as follows: 14” armpit to armpit, 15” across, and 27” from armpit to hemline.
