ehalatayi @cathy9811 ok, finally I had chance to do measurements. I added two pics to give you a better idea. The length is 23 inches. The bottom is 23 inches across as well. My hips are too big that's why I'm selling, so make sure it will hang down over your hip area. I wear a bra size of 36 DD. So the top has a lot of give. You can see in the pic I posted.
