Beautiful embellished top

Got this top in Debenhams in England ( similar to Macy’s) it has beautiful hand embellishments. The sleeves are sheer with little lightning bolts that go across the whole top. There is a sheer layer that has the embellishments the in the body of the shirt it has a inner black layer. Originally a English size 18/ European size 46 it should fire a size 12/ large.
