Beautiful elegant party dress

This is the perfect vintage wedding guest, prom, dinner, formall event gown. This is true vintage from the 80s/90s as you can see by the fabric and design. As-Is Has a drop waist look but very flattering with corset, bust, and mixed textures. This design reminds me so much of Vivienne Westwood bridal but in black. Best fits xs/0 in dress.
