Beautiful dressy blue and black button down top

Beautiful black and clue dressy top! Fun stylish sleeves. i wore it with long flowy flare pants to a rehersal dinner. The black part is sheer so will need a tank top underneath. A small stain on one sleeve but not noticeable.
