Beautiful dress

It's brand new never worn, I bought it with the area's on the sleeves needing to be tacked back together, I will finish taking off you'd like me too. This a flowy gauzy material, the elastic high empire waist and deep vneck and in back with keyhole closure. The ties in sleeves just need to be tacked back together then they have tie capabilities. Sadly it didn't fit. I've searched for a large, and can't find
