quickbuyingfix7 @madrea4 the shipping fees are set...the only time I've seen them reduced & it's been initiated by posh, is when you put your item on sale & they give you an hour at a reduced price.... & I think if you do an offer, that cancels it out.., but I can try... like the dress so you get a notification... fingers crossed...
