Beautiful blue & white striped Maeve top

Incredibly soft and beautiful blue & white striped top by Maeve. Unfortunately, there is a snag on some threads by the right shoulder (& a black mark inside the back of the top, but that's not visible when worn). Hoping another posher with some sewing skills might be able to revive this!
