Beautiful blue dress

This dress is absolutely stunning! Beautiful sheer top with embroidery with sweetheart neck underneath. The skirt is very beautiful and only adds to the dress. Bought from Nordstrom and only worn once or twice. I think this is a juniors dress but not totally sure.
