It is dark blue with white and blue w/three-quarter inch sleeves & elastic at the end. Has built-in black slip shell is 90% polyester 10% cotton. Lining is 100% polyester an embroidery is 100% cotton. I love this dress I bought it thinking I would lose weight as most of us do but never did.
