Beautiful black lace cap sleeve small top

This top is adorable hasn't fit me in a long time, tried to model in the pics just to show the detail but you can see it's clearly way too small on me. The top is lace with a mandarin collar, ties at the neck, and the bottom is a stretch t shirt feel. It's in excellent used condition, a little minor pilling. It is a juniors small, please check measurements underarm to underarm is about 14 1/2, total length shoulder to hem about 22 inches
