Beautiful beaded blue formal strapless dress

Light blue/turquoise floor length dress size 0-2 . Beautiful beading on strapless top with pleated skirt dress. Formerly a prom dress, worn once, does have small brown stain on front would likely come out with dry cleaning. Was originally $400 but selling cheap because will need stain removed
