pnwgems @schreckmartha the top part is laced material with lining so it does not really stretch but the bottom has a bit of stretch.

pnwgems @schreckmartha on the red dress pit to pit is about 20 inches but it does have good stretch! When I’m measuring I can stretch to about 25 inches..
