Beautiful Wine Red Skirt

Flowy, lined wine red skirt. I bought, but couldn’t wear as the waist is too small for me. I’ve included pictures with measurements. No tags, so I don’t know actual size or brand. But I would venture to say this is a small. It sits a little higher than your hips and is full-length.
