Beautiful Windsor Black/Silver Sparkles Halter Party Dress Sz 8

This beautiful party dress by Windsor is in perfect condition and has only been worn once. It was purchased for close to $100. The body of the dress is done in a stretch polyester/spandex and has sparkles throughout. It is halter style and has a button closure at the back neckline. It is fully lined. It is size 8 and measures 16.5” across from armpit to armpit. From the top of the Halter button closure to the bottom hem is 42”. Depending on your height, it will not at knee length or lower.
