Beautiful Vintage Carved Ivory Ring With Intricate Detailed Gold Setting & Band

This appears to be a hand carved ivory face in a heavy gold floral setting with deeply carved flowers and accents on the band. I DO NOT KNOW IF THIS IS ACTUAL IVORY OR GOLD FYI. I am just describing it as close as I can. It is a very pretty, detailed piece. The band is adjustable which makes it so much more versatile.
