Beautiful Vintage Black stone and Crystal Necklace and Earrings Set

This is a Vintage Necklace and Earring set. Likely from 60’s? Can’t confirm that for sure. It’s very sparkly. Black stones are likely lucite or acrylic. Necklace length is 15.5 inches.
