This is an Early Victorian Pearl and Rose Cut Diamond Ring. These rings are becoming more and more popular these days. Some jeweler's call this type of ring a "pearl hoop" or Antique Pearl Half Loop Ring. I love these pearls paired with Rose cut Diamonds. ( They don't cut diamonds like this anymore.)
