Beautiful Treasure and Bond Black Pleated Blouse 1X NWT

Beautiful brand new blouse purchased from Nordstrom. Size 1X, polyester material, button-down shirt with buttons on the cuffs. The shirt is semi sheer, as shown in the pictures with light coming through it. Beautiful pleating on the back. Not your typical black top. Very silky feel to it. Purchased online, just does not fit me.
