This is a gorgeous, stretchy, soft halter dress. Perfect for a tiki party, or feeling southwestern, or simply a day around town or out to dinner. 24” long from under waistband to bottom of hem. Stretchy. Tag has been cut out, but definitely a 2. Modesty padding inside cups of halter, so no need for a bra. No rips, stains, snags or tears. No wrinkle. Some threading looks to be coming loose on the back inside, but nothing that seems worrying.
