Beautiful Statement Necklace

Gently worn. No seen flaws. Clasp closure with no defects. I am not sure of its brand but it was purchased from TJMAxx. Beads are made from a plastic with a pretty diamond cut design and texture in blue hues. This necklace lays right across the collar bone. 17” in length.
