It has a bow cut out in the back with ribbon tie straps, signature sourpuss waistline and beautiful flowy skirt, double layered Tully cotton poly blend, and a cotton poly blen top. Fit and flare, extremely flattering. only worn once. In great gently used condition. The print is zombie Victorian. kittymoonchild @maybemolotov Hello, thank you for considering my closet and taking the time to ask some questions about this beautiful dress. The top is a cotton poly blend, which is more of a soft material. It has a little bit of stretch in it. The bottom skirt part is a cotton-poly blend with a tully outer layer, the inner underskirt is a softer cotton-poly blend. This material will feel very nice on your skin. not rigid at all.
