Thanks @brandon73 hmm I would say more towards the big size; I think it fits comfortably like a true medium but the elastic waistband makes it flexible!

I would love to put it on hold for you! I have a pretty small waist and wear my skirts high up, and it fits perfectly for me so I think you would still be just fine with being on the smaller side :)
