You have to see these beautiful sleeves!!! Black fabric is 95 Polyester/ 5 Elastine Slightly stretchy Thick, nice quality dress Does NOT come with belt. Size is true to measurements given in picture#4. I bought 2 dresses for an occasion and decided on the other, so this has not been worn. I tried it on twice.
