Beautiful Sheer Oversized Blouse with Rhinestones 14

I wore this over a white cami and white pants and black heels. It is marked a 14 but I usually wear an 8. It was purchased at a boutique so there is no brand label. The neck is really pretty with 2 rhinestones as the closure. The top flows nice as it is sheer.
