michelleannette @jchick Hello Jo, the bust fits 35-36 inches, I am a 32dd. I am also 5'10", and I think this dress would look fabulous with someone shorter. It is an easy dress to wear if you need a bra, as there is coverage. And can be really glommed up or kept simple. There is definitely wiggle room in the price, so let me know if you are interested.
