Missing bottom button, can definitely remove top button to replace it. Has belt loops, missing belt. Inside hook eye could use reinforcing. Has a rip in the fabric at the waist. I tried to have it repaired but it can not be repaired due to location of tear. A belt covers the tear perfectly. This is a beautiful silk and this dress appears to not have been worn.
