Wedding dress for sale! Size 16. Has never been worn, only tried on! Sleeves were added and they didn’t fit me the way I imagined so I changed my mind last minute. Dress has been taken in a little on the sides and hemmed to hit the floor with flats on, I am 5’6! Beautiful dress, has stretch to it! I am open to offers, I just want someone to be able to enjoy this pretty dress and get it for a good deal 😊

vonmariebranch First off, you don’t look like a 16!! Nice body! How tall are you? Has the length been altered? I would want to remove the sleeves. Is that possible? Are the spaghetti straps still there? If the sleeves were your problem, why didn’t you have them removed? Can the dress be altered to a smaller size? What is your bra size? I’m a small C.

sam_bitt @vonmariebranch Thank you! 😊 I am bottom heavy, depending on the brand I can range from a 14-16 in pants. I am 5’6 the dress was hemmed to just touch the floor with my flats on. To be honest the sleeves that were added are not the best quality and I think it would be a great idea and very easy to remove. I chose a second dress that I had due to short notice.

sam_bitt @vonmariebranch The straps that came with the dress are no longer there, they weren’t supportive (literally just tulle straps)so we removed them, I think this would be easy to add new straps after removing them. The dress could definitely be altered to a smaller size. It was taken in slightly to fit my waist. I’m a C-D depending on the brand. This dress has stretch to it so I think it would fit a C comfortably!

vonmariebranch The tag in the photo says 3xl. Was that the original size of the dress? I’m sorry for all of the questions. It’s just scary buying such an important dress online, but I’m working with a budget.

sam_bitt @vonmariebranch I completely understand! Yes the original size was 3XL but bridal sizing is typically higher than standard sizing. I wish you lived close I would let you try it on!
