This s a beautiful dress by Couture. The dress has a halter top and sweetheart neckline with a gathered vertical seam in the front. Empire waist line and the entire skirt portion of the dress is lined. Side zip & elasticized at the back. Great fullness and swing! It’s been worn once and is in excellent condition. Size tag has been removed so please ask for more measurements if needed. Waist: 13.5”, length from underarm to bottom: 28”
