Beautiful Navy Blue and Tan Prom Dress Size 6

I absolutely love this dress and hate to get rid of it. However, I have absolutely not reason to keep a huge prom dress! This dress is extremely elegant and is strapless but has thin strings that offer an option to transform it into a halter neck dress! The gems on these are so beautiful everything just flows so well!
