Beautiful NWT cotton dress from Old Navy!

This is the perfect dress for spring! 100% cotton, light blue with small white stripes. It's from Old Navy and NWT! It has a cute & flattering square neckline, and cute key hole details on the sleeves. Never been worn or washed. Only selling because I was needing a dress that hit below my knees for a dress code, and this one hit just at the top of my knees. I'm 5'6" for reference. Bought for $35.
