100% silk. I purchased this dress at an online thrift shop so I couldn't try it on. It is too big on me. I have not been able to wear it. I do love the colors and the print. It is about 46 inches long from the shoulder down. Has soft elastic around waist, chest area so I imagine it could be worn off shoulder, also elastic around sleeves. The best part: it has pockets!!

marcelal2020 @noellegoodin Hi Noelle. The waist is 17 1/2 and pit to pit is 19 inches. The waist is elastic tho, a soft elastic. Hope this helps!

marcelal2020 @noellegoodin Yes, when I saw it posted online where I purchased it, it did not look as loose fitting as it does in person. However, I am thin built, small bone frame, no hips. A 2×4 😄 so it is too big on me. There is another vendor on here selling it for $30. She has good pics. Her handle is kronkindy. Maybe those help?
