This is a beautiful Monsoon (British brand) skirt with detailed embroidery of dogs and flowers. It’s machine washable (just turn inside out). Elasticated waist. The size tag is missing but my daughter wore it age 9-10 Check out my other children’s clothes and bundle and save!
