tarrak @silverspell hi there!!! Thank you for your interest in these beauties ♥️. The skirt is 100% cotton. It was listed as lined, but now that I’ve looked again I think it’s more of a “thick” weight that doesn’t need to be lined. Maybe that’s what the description stated? The girl on the picture is my friend & was not wearing a slip. So I can tell it’s NOT see through (; The Large waist measures 16” across unstretched. The entire back of the waist is wide band elastic. I hope this helps Honey!!!
