The comfortable flat lay ptp on this is 17” but could stretch to approx 21” - please note the fabric isn’t “stretchy” fabric but the fit allows extra space to “stretch out”. The length from the longest strap length to the bottom of the dress is approx 50” - you can adjust the strap length to be shorter.
