Beautiful Light Floral Flowy Dress Spring Elegant Garden Dress

Short summer floral dress. 17” armpit to armpit 34” length OSFA, but I listed this as XS because it would look best on an XS-sized person. Very cool and light material. The ruched part does stretch.
