Beautiful Handstiched Fall Jean Button Up

There is no brand listed, I believe it is vintage and handstiched. Perfect Fall item with Corduroy Leaf and flower sitches, beautiful buttons. No size listed but guessing Women's Small/Medium. I usually wear loose Mediums and this fits me snugly.
