Beautiful Hand-Painted Dress with Matching Jacket

I LOVE THIS DRESS! I have hung onto it for 22 years thinking I'm going to wear it again. I give up. I know I'm going to be sorry, but desperately trying to clean out closets. Worn maybe 3 times at the most. Beautiful creamy yellow with orange, purple and teal flowers. Wear with our without matching short- sleeved jacket. Buttons down left side can be opened to reveal as much leg as you dare. Bust: 21" across Length: 54" from shoulder. If necessary, easy to alter.
