Beautiful Fully Lined Black and White Dress

This dress is in excellent condition. The peplum v-neck top is black and white houndstooth fabric with a narrow black belt. Black buttons extend down the left side of the black maxi skirt. A hidden zipper extends down the back 28 inches. The dress is fully lined with very thin shoulder pads.
