Beautiful French Connection sequin pleated skirt

French Connection women’s skirt worn once. In perfect condition. Black sequin skirt with pleats starting partway down - fabric inside the pleat is a somewhat sheer plain black (no sequins). It is a women’s size 0 but runs Very small and would be appropriate for a pre teen girl as well. Has side zip and is fully lined. Waist measures approx 12” laying flat and approx 17” length.
