mommy2liv @bbertini36 ok the waist completely stretched only expanded to 18”. The expanded armpit measured 20”. I hope this helps. There isn’t a ton of stretch to it, but there is some. 😊😊

mommy2liv @bbertini36 the base of the jacket measures 21” across, the waist line measures 18” and the bust measures 19”. It is more like the cotton duck material with the little fine lines.
