Beautiful Fancy Blue Dress

I have LOVED this dress. I wore it so much I have just worn myself out of the style of it. It is very high quality so even though I have worn it quite a bit it has so much life left. I am 6ft tall and it hits 3 or so inches below my knees so it's great for the tall girlies!
